NGC 7673 is a compact  emission line starburst galaxy with 'super clumps' of starburst activity.  The galaxy is classified as type cG D.  Surface brightness is 13.1.  The galaxy is undergoing a minor merger with an in-falling dwarf galaxy (P�rez-Gallego, et.al., 2010)
