NGC 6223 is the type E-SO galaxy with
a mag. 15 surface brightness. NGC 6223 is partially obscured by galactic
dust (0.6x full
field image).
It also appears to have two cores.
Distance is 263 Mly
and if correct this is one large bright galaxy.
