A type SBc mag. 13.3 galaxy, red shift distance is 105 Mly.  This galaxy is being stripped of gases do to ISM ram pressure leading to star formation in areas of highest density with the gas stripped from the arms dispersing into the ISM (Vollmer, et.al., 2008).
