NGC 3344 is classified SBbc, surface brightness is
13.3 and distance is 27 Mly. NGC 3344 is a ringed galaxy (note the very faint asymmetrical
outer ring) with the interior spiral arms tightly wrapped, a small bar is also
obvious.
