A bi-polar planetary made famous by numerous
Hubble Space Telescope images. The above was acquired under vastly
different conditions, namely high winds, strong light pollution, etc.
The
central star of this nebula is very hot, energetic star that shines brightly in
ultra violet while hidden in a torus of dust.
Distance is about 4,000 light years.
