A dim face-on  elliptical galaxy of type E-So with a surface brightness of mag. 14.

This galaxy is part of a small group near the Pegasus super cluster of galaxies.  Kim, et.al. (2004) indicates the galaxy is rich in metals with a supersolar abundance of Fe possibly due to SN ejecta.
